Prior to opening our restaurant in Hershey, PA, I was looking for a trusted source to provide alcohol service training for our bartenders and servers. I naturally called Crystal Hartz the owner of PA Hospitality and Consulting, LLC. I have known Crystal and used her services for years at the hotels that I managed. At that time, the responsible alcohol service training was classroom sessions. Crystal always provided the components of PA’s RAMP Training in an uncomplicated and consistent manner which was easy for our team to grasp and retain.
