Crystal Hartz: A Passionate Advocate for Compliance

Crystal Hartz, the founder and driving force behind PA Hospitality and ConsultingPLCB Ramp Trainer, and RBS Server Training, and embarked on her journey in 2012 by establishing her business as a part-time venture alongside her full-time role as the Marketing Director at Wilsbach Distributors, Inc. 

With a degree in Psychology from Millersville University earned in 1984, Crystal's passion for paying it forward led her to work as a Drug and Alcohol Therapist after college. Her career trajectory included impactful roles at First Step Detox, an in-patient detox facility, Talbot House, a residential treatment facility, and eventually, an alcohol education coordinator position at Wilsbach in 1985. Over the years, this role evolved into a Marketing Director position.

In 2017, after 32 years with Wilsbach, Crystal made the bold decision to resign and dedicate herself entirely to her consultancy, driven by an unwavering commitment to promoting the safe use of alcohol. With children and grandchildren on the roads, she believes in leaving no room for excuses when it comes to drinking and driving.

Crystal's commitment to excellence sets our consultancy apart. With over 38 years of industry experience, she stands as a beacon of expertise, providing unparalleled service. Crystal is available 24/7 for her clients, and her dedication has not gone unnoticed. Recognized by the past six governors of Pennsylvania, she has received accolades from August Busch, CEO of Anheuser-Busch, and multiple Senators for her outstanding efforts in alcohol education. Her extensive involvement in organizations like the PA DUI Association and local drug and alcohol boards showcases her commitment to community well-being.

Crystal's consultancy boasts the most widely used online training program in Pennsylvania, a testament to her deep understanding of liquor codes and the industry's historical context. Her reputation and references speak volumes, solidifying her status as a Woman of Influence inducted into the Circle of Excellence by the Central Penn Business Journal. Crystal Hartz stands as an industry luminary, combining passion, experience, and an unyielding dedication to alcohol education and compliance.
